Refund Policy

1. Subscription Plans
Proofff offers monthly subscription plans. Payments are billed at the beginning of each billing cycle and are non-refundable except as described below.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase if you have not used more than 3 evaluations during that period. Refund requests must be submitted within this window.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Subscriptions cancelled after the 7-day refund window
- Partial months of service
- Accounts suspended due to violation of Terms of Service
- Free plan usage
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of the period.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at support@10it.ai with your account email and reason for the refund. We will process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days.
